## § 9-412 Applications.

Balt., Md., Code § 9-412 (2026)

(a) An application for a permit must be made in the form that the Commissioner requires.

(b) In addition to any other information that the Commissioner requires, the application must contain:

  (1) the name of the applicant;

  (2) the location of the property for which the permit is requested;

  (3) the dates and hours for which the exemption is requested;

  (4) the equipment that will be used to amplify sound; and

  (5) a statement as to whether the sound will contain commercial speech.
