## Rule 1-3 Suspension of Rules

Balt., Md., Council Rules r. 1-3 (2026)

(a) Vote required. A motion to suspend any rule of the City Council requires the affirmative vote of 2/3 of all Councilmembers (10) for its adoption.

(b) Separate propositions. A separate suspension of the rules is required for each proposition.
