## Rule 10-1 Hearing required on all bills

Balt., Md., Council Rules r. 10-1 (2026)

(a) In general. A committee hearing shall be scheduled for each bill introduced to the Council.

(b) Exceptions. A committee hearing may not be scheduled for a Resolution that receives a vote for immediate adoption.
