Rule 13-2 Presentment to MayorLinkCopy Citation
On the final passage of a bill, the President shall:
(1)
sign the bill, certifying the date of its final passage;
(2)
as per Article 1 § 1-3 (a)(1) of the Baltimore City Code, the bill shall have indicated on it the date of each reading;
(3)
sign the attached plats or plans, if any, certifying their authenticity; and
(4)
cause the bill and attached plats or plans, together with all agency reports, committee reports, and other necessary information, to be delivered to the Mayor.
