(a)
President may request. From time to time, the President may submit to the Mayor a letter specifying the background and related documentation and other information requested to accompany nominations made to the City Council.
(b)
Entry on Journal. At the next meeting of the Council following submission of the letter, the President shall cause the letter to be announced across the President’s desk and entered into the Journal.
