## Rule 16-4 Amendments

Balt., Md., Council Rules r. 16-4 (2026)

(a) When proposed. Every amendment shall be printed in the Journal when proposed.

(b) When later considered. If a proposed amendment lies over, it shall again be printed in the Journal when considered.
