Scope of rule. This rule applies to a proposed legislative approval of a parking garage. Additional contents. In addition to the information specified in Rule 18-3 of this chapter, the plat shall contain:the location, size, and number of stories of all buildings; all parking areas, delineating individual parking spaces; all landscaping, fencing, and screening; the height, location, and direction of all lighting; a description of all signs, including their illumination and size; attendants’ booths; all driveway openings; and if the garage will contain a vehicle repair facility:the type and location of refuse collection; the hours of operation; and all vehicle storage spaces.
