## Rule 18-7 Plat requirements –Drive-in restaurants

Balt., Md., Council Rules r. 18-7 (2026)

(a) Scope of rule. This rule applies to a proposed legislative approval of a drive-in restaurant.

(b) Additional contents. In addition to the information specified in Rule 18-3 of this chapter, the plat shall contain:

  (1) the location, size, and height of all buildings;

  (2) the type and location of refuse facilities;

  (3) the height, location, and direction of all lighting;

  (4) a description of all signs, including their illumination and size;

  (5) the hours of operation;

  (6) all landscaping, fencing, and screening; and

  (7) all driveway openings.
