In addition to the information specified in Rule 18-3 of this chapter, the plat shall contain:the location, size, and height of all buildings; the type and location of refuse facilities; the height, location, and direction of all lighting; a description of all signs, including their illumination and size; the hours of operation; all landscaping, fencing, and screening; and all driveway openings.
