## Rule 2-3 Regular meetings – Starting time

Balt., Md., Council Rules r. 2-3 (2026)

Each regular meeting starts at 5 p.m., unless another time:

(1) was specified when the previous meeting recessed or adjourned; or

(2) is set by the President.
