## § 19-1 Unclaimed intestate funds — paid to School Commissioners.

Balt., Md., Pub. Local Laws § 19-1 (2026)

The Orphans’ Court of said City shall order and direct the funds arising from intestates’ estates that may be administered upon in said court, and which remains undistributed for want of legal representatives of the intestates to claim the same, to be paid to the Board of School Commissioners.
