§ 21-14 Notice of Ordinance.

Before the Department of Public Works shall proceed under Sections <cite data-path="21|§21-12">21-12</cite> and <cite data-path="21|§21-13">21-13</cite> to perform its duty, it shall give notice in a least two of the daily newspapers in the City of Baltimore of the object of the ordinance under which it proposes to act, at least ten days before the time of the first meeting to execute the same.
