§ 21-21 Real estate surveyed under Act of 1817 — to be public highways.LinkCopy Citation
All the streets, lanes, or alleys opened in the manner directed in <cite data-path="21|§21-20">Section 21-20</cite> shall be public highways, and be subject to the laws, regulations and ordinances applicable to public streets, lanes or alleys, or parts thereof, in said City.
