§ 22-32 Certification and manner of payment.LinkCopy Citation
The eligibility of any bailiff or court reporter for a retirement salary under <cite data-path="22">this subtitle</cite> shall be evidenced by a certificate of the Administrator of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City directed to the Board of Estimates, and all retirement salaries shall be paid in the same manner as the salaries of active bailiffs and court reporters.
