§ 25-20 Injuring installations — enforcement.Copy Citation

All fines and forfeitures imposed by <cite data-path="25|§25-19">Section 25-19</cite> shall be recoverable by the City of Baltimore before the District Court in and for the City of Baltimore, or in and for Baltimore County, according to the respective jurisdiction under which any of the offenses herein set forth may be committed.
