§ 25-21 Injuring installations — civil damages.

Sections <cite data-path="25|§25-19">25-19</cite> and <cite data-path="25|§25-20">25-20</cite> shall not be construed to exempt any person who may have been fined for a violation thereof, or who may be charged with a violation thereof, from an action of damages for any injury or destruction of any part of the works used in supplying the City of Baltimore with water, in any suit for damages on account of said injury, brought by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore.
