§ 25-27 Supply for County — rates.LinkCopy Citation
The distribution to consumers of water obtained under Sections <cite data-path="25|§25-22">25-22</cite> to <cite data-path="25|§25-30">25-30</cite> shall be by meters, and the rates said County Commissioners shall charge for such water shall be determined by the Public Service Commission of Maryland and said Public Service Commission is hereby vested with as full and complete jurisdiction to determine such rates as if said County Commissioners of Baltimore County were a “water company” as defined in Chapter 180 of the Acts of 1910.
