## § 25-4 Purchases.

Except as hereinafter provided, all work done or supplies or materials purchased, in carrying out the purposes of this subheading, when involving an expenditure of five hundred dollars or more shall be contract, awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 14 and 15 of <cite>this article</cite> <em>{cf. <cite data-doc="City of Baltimore, Md., Charter" data-path="VI|§11">Article VI, § 11 of the City Charter</cite> (1996 Edition)}</em>, or any amendment or amendments, thereof, or supplement, or supplements, thereto.
