The provisions of <cite data-path="3">this subtitle</cite> creating the Board of Electrical Examiners and Supervisors and relating to the regulation of electrical examiners and supervisors and any regulations promulgated under <cite data-path="3">this subtitle</cite> are of no effect and may not be enforced after July 1, 1983.
