## § 3-8 Licenses — expiration date.

Balt., Md., Pub. Local Laws § 3-8 (2026)

Each and every license issued under the provisions of <cite data-path="3">this subtitle</cite> shall be evidence in any Court of the City named herein of the business for which the license is issued.  Biennial renewals shall expire on the first day of May in each odd-numbered year.
