## § 9-13 Tenancy by sufferance.

Balt., Md., Pub. Local Laws § 9-13 (2026)

If land or tenements be held in said City by tenancy at will, at sufferance or per autre vie, the notice required to be given by <cite data-path="9|§9-14">Section 9-14</cite> by the landlord or reversioner to the tenant or occupant shall terminate such tenancy at the expiration of such notice.
