§ 9-16 Tenant’s notice to quit.Copy Citation

Any of the tenancies mentioned in Sections <cite data-path="9|§9-11">9-11</cite>, <cite data-path="9|§9-12">9-12</cite>, and <cite data-path="9|§9-13">9-13</cite> may be terminated by the tenant’s giving notice to the landlord thirty (30) days previous to the end of the year, or other period for which he holds the same.
