(a)

The Director, under the supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer, is the central procurement officer of the County.

(b)

Duties. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Chapter, the Director must, under regulations:

(1)

procure or supervise the procurement of all goods, services, and construction; and

(2)

sell, trade, or otherwise dispose of surplus goods.
