Sec. 11C-2. Applicability.

Residential only. This chapter does not apply to the sale of a nonresidential unit or a cooperative membership with rights limited to nonresidential use.

Creation or conversion date. This chapter does not apply to a cooperative that was created or converted before January 1, 1985.
