Sec. 18A-51. Definitions.

In this Article, the following words have the meanings indicated:

Community Choice Aggregator or CCA has the meaning set forth in Maryland Code § 1-101 of the Public Utilities Article, as amended.

Director means the Director of the Department of Environmental Protection.
