Sec. 21-31. Upper Montgomery County.

There is hereby created a Fire Board to manage the finances of the Upper Montgomery County Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., and to exercise such other authority as is vested in it by law. The board of trustees of the Upper Montgomery County Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., constitute the Fire Board.
