Sec. 22-39. Rules and regulations for servicing portable fire extinguishers.

The recommended rules and regulations for the sale or leasing and servicing of portable fire extinguishers as set forth in the model enabling act for the sale or leasing and servicing of portable fire extinguishers, NFPA #10-L, 1969 edition, are hereby adopted as if they were set forth herein in full.

Whenever the words “name of governmental authority having jurisdiction” appear in the adoptive rules and regulations they mean the Director.
