Sec. 25-10. Violations and penalty.

Any owner or person in charge of any institution who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to punishment for a class B violation as set forth in section 1-19 of chapter 1 of the County Code. Each day during which such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
