Sec. 25-32. Construction requirements generally.

Construction shall provide for the safety and protection of patients and personnel. Walls and floors shall be of a character to permit frequent washing, cleansing and painting. The construction of the building shall be such as to prevent the entrance and harborage of rats and other rodents. The building shall be kept in good repair.
