Sec. 29-21. Display of license.

The licensee for an apartment complex or a personal living quarters building must display the rental housing license in the lobby, vestibule, rental office, or other prominent public place on the premises during the entire period the license is effective. In all other licensed rental dwelling units the landlord need not display the license.
