Sec. 2A-19. Montgomery County Register.

Montgomery County, Md., Code § 2A-19 (2026)

The CAO must publish at least every 3 months a Montgomery County Register that:

(a)

Is a temporary supplement to COMCOR;

(b)

Publishes any regulation adopted between issues of the Register; and

(c)

Includes:

(1)

The information required under section 2A-15 for each regulation;

(2)

Any document that the CAO determines should be included;

(3)

A table of contents; and

(4)

An index of the COMCOR sections affected.
