Sec. 3-11. Determining compliance.

Compliance methods. The Director may conduct testing or require a property owner to conduct testing to determine compliance with this Chapter in response to a complaint.

Manner of testing. A property owner must conduct all tests in a manner, and before the deadline, set by the Director and submit a detailed report of all test results to the Director within 15 days after the testing is complete unless the Director grants an extension. Each test must be performed by a person qualified to conduct the test, as determined by the Director.
