Sec. 3-6. Ambient air quality requirements for particulate matter from unconfined sources.

A person must not cause or allow emissions from an unconfined source without taking reasonable precautions to prevent particulate matter from becoming airborne. When the Director orders, these precautions must include installing and using hoods, fans, and dust collectors to enclose, capture, and vent emissions.
