Sec. 33-69. Employee organization representation of employee members.

An employee who is a member of the employee organization may request and shall be granted the right for a member or representative of such organization to be present in any discussions or counseling with county representatives concerning an individual grievance.

The employee organization may submit a grievance concerning any dispute involving a claim of violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of the personnel regulations or work practices of the county on the same basis as provided for individual grievances.
