Sec. 36-4. Enforcement and right of entry.

The Department of Environmental Protection must enforce this Chapter. The Director of the Department or the Director's designee may enter any land to enforce this Chapter if the Director or designee has reasonable cause to believe the land includes a publicly accessible pond.
