Sec. 40-3. Penalty for violation of sections 40-1, 40-2.Copy Citation

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of sections 40-1 and 40-2 shall be subject to punishment for a class A violation as set forth in section 1-19 of chapter 1 of the County Code.
