Sec. 53-216. Notice of change of address.

Montgomery County, Md., Code § 53-216 (2026)

Each licensee must notify the Department, in writing, not more than 2 business days after changing:

(a)

a business or residential address;

(b)

a required telephone number; or

(c)

any officer, principal, partner, or managing agent, or any other person who effectively controls the operations of a licensee.
