(a) A person may transport alcoholic beverages in a taxicab only if all beverages are sealed. (b) A controlled dangerous substance must not be transported in a taxicab unless the substance was properly prescribed to the person who possesses it.

Smoking is prohibited in any taxicab at all times.

A person who uses a taxicab must pay any lawful charge due before leaving the taxicab.
