Sec. 53-602. Obstruction and hindering of investigations; false statements.LinkCopy Citation
(a)
A person must not obstruct or hinder an official investigation being conducted by any inspector, enforcement agent, or law enforcement officer.
(b)
a person must not obtain or attempt to obtain, or prevent or attempt to prevent the suspension or revocation of, a license or identification card by fraud, misrepresentation, false or misleading statement, or omission of any material fact.
