Sec. 56A-5. License fees.

(a)

The fee for a license issued under this chapter is:

(1)

Paid to the director;

(2)

In the amount that the county executive by regulation, adopted under method (3) of section 2A-15 of this Code, sets;

(3)

Not refundable.

(b)

If a video game is added to video games already licensed under this chapter, the license fee is prorated on a quarterly basis.
