Sec. 56A-9. Administration.

(a)

The department shall:

(1)

Issue each license and each certificate of registration; and

(2)

Conduct the inspections.

(b)

The county executive may issue any necessary regulation, adopted under method (2) of section 2A-15 of this Code, to implement this chapter.
