Sec. 68-3. Ordinances and regulations to be effective in district extensions.

Whenever by law any extension or reduction of the area within the Montgomery County Suburban District takes effect, all regulations and ordinances of general application throughout the district, adopted under section 68-2, as now or hereafter amended, and then in force, shall thereafter be applicable within the area of the Montgomery County Suburban District as so extended or reduced.
