Sec. 68B-1. Definitions.

For purposes of this Chapter, the following terms have the meaning indicated:

(a)

I-495 project means the widening of Interstate Route 495 between Bradley Boulevard and the American Legion Memorial Bridge.

(b)

District means a tax district created under Section 68B-3.
