Sec. 1-14. Same-Penalty for violation of preceding section.

Any officer or official authorizing the publication of any report, notice, return, schedule, list of delinquent taxpayers or any official publication, in violation of the preceding section, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation.
