COMCOR 13.10A.02 Fee Schedule for Weekend Prisoners

This regulation establishes the current fee schedule governing the payment of fees by weekend prisoners at the Detention Center. The "sliding scale" fee schedule is established under the authority of Montgomery County Code, Section 13-10A, and is calculated by application of the formula established in Executive Regulation 106-92. For the current fiscal year, the minimum fee will be $5.00 and the maximum fee has been calculated as $61.00.

If a court holds that part of this regulation is invalid, the invalidity does not affect other parts.

This regulation is effective thirty (30) calendar days after the deadline for comments published in the Montgomery County Register.
