### COMCOR 13.27.01 Alternative Community Service Fee

#### 13.27.01.01 General

This regulation will eliminate the fees to encourage greater participation:

      Income               Fee

      $  0,000 - $6,999         $0

      $  7,000 - $9,000         $0

      $10,000 - or more         $0

#### 13.27.01.02 Severability

    If a court holds that part of this regulation is invalid, the invalidity does not affect other parts.

#### 13.27.01.03 Effective Date

    This regulation takes effect after it is signed by the County Executive..
