### COMCOR 25.18.01 Fee Schedule for Nursing Homes, Domiciliary Care Homes and Hospitals

#### 25.18.01.01 Fees

    Nursing Home               $  12.50 per bed

    Domiciliary Care Home         $  10.00 per bed

    Hospital               $  230.00

    Duplicate license            $  10.00

    Filing an annual renewal application

      after the license expires      $100.00

#### 25.18.01.02 Effective Date

    This regulation takes effect on August 1, 2001.
