### COMCOR 31.00.01 Assessment of Administrative Cost for Impoundment or Immobilization

#### 31.00.01.01

    For the purpose of quadrennial review, the administrative cost charged the owner of any vehicle that is impounded or immobilized in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 31 shall continue at $10, effective October 30,  1992.  Further, such administrative charge must be paid before the vehicle is released.

#### 31.00.01.02

    The administrative costs collected shall continue to be held in an expense fund maintained by the Department of Finance and used to defray the expenses associated with the extraordinary collection methods of impoundment and immobilization.
