#### 31.09B.01.01 Purpose

  The purpose of this regulation is to establish civil penalties in accordance with § 21-706.1 of the Transportation Article.

#### 31.09B.01.02 Civil Penalty

  The civil penalty to be imposed for a violation of §21-706.1 of the Transportation Article is $250 to conform with the decision of the Chief Judge of the District Court of Maryland.
