### COMCOR 05.104.01 Animal Matters Hearing Board Fees

#### 05.104.01.01 Animal Matters Hearing Board Fee.

    The following fee is established under Section 5-104 (e); Animal Matters Hearing Board, Chapter 5, Animal Control; Montgomery County Code, 1999, as amended.

    A fee of $25.00 shall be charged any individual requesting a hearing by the Animal Matters Hearing Board.
